We’re located just over the border from Victoria, and just a day’s drive from Melbourne or Adelaide, situated at the foot of Mount Schank, a dormant volcano crater that’s a bush haven, featuring beautiful examples of native flora and fauna.

What’s included?

  • Two (2) nights accommodation in our 5-star rated off-grid geodesic domes at the base of dormant volcano crater Mount Schank / Parreen. (Note: Retreats are limited to four people…so whilst you may share a dome with someone, you won’t be sharing a bed! And if you want a dome all to yourself, just book both beds and Bob’s your uncle.)

  • Four (4) on-site yoga classes throughout the weekend, hatha or yin style, taught by Jaz Laubsch of Willow Heart Yoga

  • Guided walking tour of the Mount Schank Scenic Walk from residents who live on the volcano. Learn about the flora and fauna that call this dormant volcano crater home.

  • Free time to explore our beautiful region — chock full of sinkholes, cenotes, volcano craters, stunning beaches and so much more — with a sample itinerary provided as well as recommendations for where to eat and drink, from locals who know.

Sample Schedule

Day 1 Afternoon/Evening: Welcome and Intention Setting

  • Arrive at Mountain Path Meadows

  • Check in from 3 p.m. and meet your hosts, instructor and fellow guests

  • Acknowledgement of Country

  • Set intentions for your weekend journey

  • Evening yoga class (1 hour)

Day 2:

  • Morning yoga class (1 hour)

  • Free time to explore, eat, and enjoy our region. (Check out the sample mini-road-trip itinerary we give to guests to help them see all the best off-the-beaten-track sights!)

  • Afternoon guided walking tour of the Mount Schank Scenic Walk, which borders the Mountain Path Meadows property.

  • Nighttime yoga under the stars (1 hour)

Day 3:

  • Morning yoga class (1 hour)

  • Reflections on the weekend

  • Check out (at 12 p.m.) and farewells
