Return Policy
We want all our clients to be thrilled to do business with us, and under Australian Consumer Law, consumers have the right to get replacements or refunds for faulty items, merchandise, or services.
In situations where we have caused a negative experience or didn’t deliver what we said we would, we will do our very best to make things right for our customers, including (in the most serious cases) offering to reschedule a stay/retreat in the future or providing a partial or full refund.
At the same time, our clients should be aware that we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges when a negative experience or cancellation when we are not at fault. This means that in the case of a customer encountering a personal emergency, or an extreme weather event, or any other situation in which Mountain Path Meadows is not at fault, we are not required to provide a refund.
